Our Shared Vision 2023 ST PATRICK S COLLEGE Shorncliffe A CATHOLIC BOYS SCHOOL IN THE EDMUND RICE TRADITION

Developing young Men of Action since 1952... St Patrick s College was established on the cliffs of Shorncliffe overlooking Moreton Bay on 29 January 1952 with 129 students and 4 Christian Brothers as the staff. From its beginning, it became a significant and proud part of the Shorncliffe and Sandgate communities offering a holistic Catholic education to many young men within the local areas. Over the decades, the College has grown but is still very much a proud part of the local Shorncliffe community. It has become well-known within the local and broader community for its excellence in education and service programs that have given much to the local and wider communities. St Patrick s College is renowned as an inclusive community that respects and embraces the diverse backgrounds of all its families. It has always been very proud of its connection to the local community and heritage as a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition. In 2018, St Patrick s College will develop its new Strategic Plan to take the College forward for the next five years. The St Patrick s College Shared Vision 2023 will be the foundation for this plan. Mr Chris Mayes College Principal
