Score and Status Reporting Files Available Administrative Review folder Includes documents related to portfolio submissions voided as a result of the Administrative Review process Candidate Status Report Provides a cumulative file for the candidate s registration and submission status for your program Condition Code Detail Report - Effective with the 4/21/16 reporting date, a new Condition Code Detail Report is available to participating edtpa EPPs. The report provides additional details for condition codes applied to candidates score reports. This detailed report will only apply for a reporting period during which candidates from your program(s) have received condition codes within the submission and reporting period. The report is not cumulative and will not contain condition code details for previous reporting periods. A pdf of the report layout is available on edtpa.com. edtpa Summary Reports Biannual summary reports are posted in this location every 6 months including the EPP roster, EPP summary, State and National Summary. edtpa Client Files ASCI files are the provided for every reporting period during which candidates from your program have submitted portfolios. The reporting date is contained within the naming format rtpa000000- ILe20160407 (May 7, 2016) A pdf of the report layout is available on edtpa.com. 23
