OUR OBJECTIVES: Objective 1: Curriculum Strategy Development and Planning We will develop and implement a responsive curriculum strategy and plan that: is effectively aligned to local, regional and national priorities meets the needs and aspirations of students supports business and community development secures funding and seeks to maximise funding opportunities wherever possible actively promotes progression.

Objective 2: Individual Learning Opportunities We will provide a range of individual learning opportunities within further and higher education provision that: ensure appropriate access reflect the views of students are inspiring, engaging and fun value and celebrate diversity and student success are delivered in a safe learning and working environment.

Objective 3: Financial Stability and Resilience We will achieve financial stability and commercial viability that: reflects maximisation of income and opportunity ensures cost-efficiency, financial transparency and due diligence meets and supports student and organisational needs.
