Action 13-FFP-068: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves the payment of bills for the period ending May 31, 2013 in the amount of $148,893.56 Action 13-FFP-069: WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 18A: 21-2 and N.J.S.A. 18A: 7G-13 permit a Board of Education to establish and deposit into certain reserve accounts at year end, and WHEREAS, the aforementioned statutes authorize procedures under the authority of the Commissioner of Education, which permit a board of education to transfer anticipated excess current revenue or unexpended appropriations into reserve accounts during the month of June by board resolution, and WHEREAS, the Lebanon Borough Board of Education wishes to deposit anticipated current year unexpended funds into the Capital Reserve Account at year end, and WHEREAS, the Lebanon Borough Board of Education has determined that an amount not to exceed $250,000 is available for such purpose of transfer, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Lebanon Borough Board of Education that it hereby authorizes the district s School Business Administrator to make this transfer consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Action 13-FFP-071: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the School Business Administrator to pay 2012/13 district obligations through June 30, 2013 with board approval to follow at the August 2013 Board of Education meeting. Action 13-FFP-072: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Chief School Administrator to approve line-item transfers in order to pay district obligation with Board approval to follow at the August 2013 Board of Education meeting. Action 13-FFP-073: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education appoints Centric Insurance Agency as the Property and Casualty Insurance Broker of Record for the district effective June 10, 2013. Action 13-FFP-074: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education appoints Parette-Somjen Architects as the Architect of Record for the district effective June 4, 2013 with the following rates: Action 13-FFP-075: Hourly Rate Principals/Partners: Licensed Architect $160 Associate(s): Licensed Architect $139 Project Engineer(s) $139 Senior Project Manager $139 Project Manager(s) $104 Project Architect(s) $ 85 Assistant Project Manager(s) $ 85 Architectural Intern(s)/Designers Level 2 $ 74 Architectural Intern(s): Level 1 $ 60 Administrative Assistant $ 50 BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves the Send-Receive Tuition Contract Agreement between the Clinton Township and Lebanon Borough School Districts for the 2013/14 school year for a total of $336,461 as follows: (16) 7 th and 8 th Grade General Education Students @ $14,630 per pupil (5) 7 th and 8 th Grade Special Education Students @ $14,630 per pupil 2011-12 Prior Year Adjustment of $29,231 Action 13-FFP-076: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes to participate in the Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission Cooperative Pricing System for the 2013/14 school year.

Action 13-FFP-077: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves a payment to Herff Jones for 2012/13 yearbooks in the amount of $1,484.10, with the Board of Education s obligation not to exceed $1,000 and the difference to be reimbursed to the General Fund by the Student Activities account. Action 13-FFP-078: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves the 2013/14 contract renewal with Honeywell Inc. for the parent alert system with an annual fee of $1,102.00. Action 13-FFP-079: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves the 2013/14 contract renewal with ATC Systems Inc. for service and maintenance of pneumatic controls with an annual fee of $5,150.00. Action 13-FFP-080: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves the 2013/14 contract renewal with CDK Systems for accounting software licensing with an annual fee of $3,320. Action 13-FFP-081: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves a Joint Transportation Agreement with Clinton Township School District for the purpose of transporting three (3) school choice students for the 2012/13 school year at a rate of $828 per pupil, prorated as follows: (1) Student @ $612 (2) Students @ $470 each Action 13-FFP-082: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Lebanon Borough July 4 th Celebration Committee to use the school s kitchen for the 4 th of July Picnic on 7/3/13 and 7/4/13 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Action 13-FFP-083: BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves the submission of an application or Dual Use of Education Space for the district s Pre-K program and the Media Center for the 2013/14 school year.
