WHY CHOOSE PVET? PVET Institute has been established for since 2001 and was founded by an established driving school in Sydney s North Shore that has been in operating since 1989. All trainers and assessors are nationally approved assessors, meaning the person who trains you will also be your assessor. Our trainers and assessors will provide ongoing support for clients during and following completion of the course. FLEXIBLE TRAINING Training by PVET Institute is flexible and can be conducted during the weekdays in the morning, afternoon or evenings and on the weekends. Training is conducted in a variety of ways to accommodate for differing needs of clients. PROFESSIONAL TRAINING All trainers operate with PVET on a full time basis and are experienced driving instructors who have successfully established and run their own driving schools. Each PVET trainer holds TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and are also nationally approved assessors, meaning clients will be both trained and assessed by the same person. If a trainee does not pass the final assessment then the second assessment fee will not be charged. DO YOU WANT TO ESTABLISH YOUR OWN DRIVING SCHOOL? Trainees will also be provided with additional information about establishing and building their own driving school. This includes business establishment, advertising and building clients. 2

FROM THE DIRECTOR OUR SERVICE TO CLIENTS. Our organisation has 9 trainers who are also nationally approved assessors, meaning the trainer conducting the course will also be your assessor once you meet the assessment criteria which guarantees a higher pass rate. If, however, you are not successful on the first attempt then the second assessment will not be charged. This ensures that the initial quoted course fee will not be changed unless a third assessment is required. Because we have 9 full time trainers and assessors available, clients are also given an immediate start option. BECOME AN EDUCATOR. Being a driving instructor is not dissimilar to being a school teacher. One operates in a classroom environment, the other within a car, however the essential aspect is the same, they both teach. The course is designed to develop professional driving teachers, their subject, to teach young people the necessary skills to become safer drivers. ESTABLISH A SUCCESSFULLY SMALL BUSINESS. Many people that complete the driving instructor course become self-employed on a part time or full basis. At PVET Institute we train our students how to successfully run and operate their own business. Ask yourself; do you want to enrol in the course to obtain a piece of paper that states you ve completed the requirements? Or are you looking for a new career becoming a professional driving instructor and to operate your own successful business? Being a Driving Instructor is the same as any other profession. You enrol, learn and study the content, embarking upon a new career and the opportunity to become your own employer. Learning this new vocation and obtaining this nationally accredited qualification requires dedicated students. It is possible to finish the training in two week if you have experience in the training or transport industry, otherwise it can take longer. Choose PVET Institute to commence your training, an organisation renowned for its quality, flexibility and professionalism. Let us help you obtain your aspirations of a new, challenging and rewarding career. Kindest regards, Peter M 3

TESTIMONIALS Dear Peter and Laurie, I would like to thanks you guys at PVET for everything you have done to assist me in obtaining my Heavy Vehicle Driving Instructors Licence. You guys not only made the process simple, but went out of your way to tailor your course to my needs in order for me to obtain recognition with the RMS. I appreciate this as what you done for me was to no financial benefit to your business, and you could have easily of allowed no flexibility and forced me to pay the full amount for the course. Having been a trainer for the last 5 years, I have been involved in many courses through a range of RTO s and have had a lot of 1 st hand experience with training. It s not just the quality of the training, or the professionalism displayed that sets you guys apart from your competition, it s the continuous support that s given to your students long after we have finished the courses. After having done this course 1 st with another RTO, then seeing the difference when I used you guys, I will be sure to send all future trainers for my business through you. Thanks again for everything you have done for me, and I look forward to continuing our relationship. Rod Ryan Director M: 0424 172 453 9
