Strategies for Working with Colleges in Other Countries and Creating MOUs Oldest business college in Denmark AABC was founded the year the American Civil War ended, and we celebrated our 150th anniversary in 2015. 16

Strategies for Working with Colleges in Other Countries and Creating MOUs AABC Strategy 2011-2015 All full-time students receive the offer to spend at least one month abroad during their study program AABC has signed a MoU with at least five highly-ranked colleges/universities abroad Some AABC study programs offer at least one course taught in English 20 members of faculty are offered the opportunity to job shadow or study two weeks abroad 10% of AABC faculty can teach in English or are bi-lingual AABC Strategy 2015-2020 All full-time students receive the offer to spend at least one month abroad during the study program One MoU on each continent All students should be taught at least one course in English Cooperation with 20 enterprises from Forbes Global List 2000 20% of AABC faculty can teach in English This requires resources and funding! 17

Strategies for Working with Colleges in Other Countries and Creating MOUs Ton Duc Thang University, HCMC, Vietnam The Embassy of Denmark in HCMC initial research resulted in the recommendation of ten universities in HCMC The board of directors decided to explore three of them which we visited together with two faculty members in fall 2014 The board of directors were briefed on the visit and a new, but upcoming university was chosen TDTU Before sending students a group of 14 faculty members spent two weeks at TDTU in the summer 2015 So far TDTU has received two groups one in 2015 and one in 2016 and the next program is already on the drawing board aabc.dk 18

Strategies for Working with Colleges in Other Countries and Creating MOUs Common values make cooperation with American Community Colleges very easy. 19
