The University UNINT University at a glance UNINT ( Rome University of International Studies ) was founded in 1996 with the aim of offering degree courses that would meet the growing demand for professional graduates in the fields of interpreting, translation, economics and political science. Its international vocation is behind the many student and staff exchange agreements with various foreign universities and its joining, in 2007, the UNIMED Association, which brings together universities with shared cultural interests in the Mediterranean area. UNINT University is keen to promote the academic and cultural growth of students and guarantees a direct and ongoing relationship with teachers, plus a Careers Advisory Service to guide students both in further study and the labour market. Facoltà of Economics Two Year Master s Degree in International Economics and Management Becoming an International Manager and an Accounting Professional, particularly for Luxury Goods Companies Courses in English and Italian A Student-Friendly Environment in Rome Aim and Objectives The aim of the Course is to provide graduates with an in-depth knowledge of functional areas of businesses and a comprehensive understanding of the international environment in which they operate, and allow them to enter public and private companies in managerial positions. A specific set of skills is offered by each of the three curricula, which aim at building three different professional profiles: 1) expert in economics and management of public and private companies; 2) expert in economics and management of health companies; 3) expert in economics and management of luxury goods, made in Italy products and emerging markets. Entry Requirements Bachelor s Degree or equivalent diploma Future Career The Course trains students for working either in the accounting and auditing professions (i.e. chartered accountant and certified auditor or in executive roles in the emerging sectors of luxury goods and made in Italy products.
Faculty of Economics Two Year Master s Degree in International Economics and Management Course Structure This Course lasts two years, corresponding to 120 university credits. The Course is structured into three Curricula: Curriculum in Business Administration; Curriculum in Health Systems Management. Curriculum in Luxury Goods, Made in Italy and Emerging Markets. The courses are organized taking into account the professional skills required by the labour market, and favouring teaching methods that combine theoretical approaches to practical experience. A Laboratory in Economic Communication, with mother tongue teachers is also available. The training also includes a final exam and an internship in companies, public and non-profit organizations, or professional practices. Students can also attend courses abroad for a certain period of time with mutual recognition of any exams taken during their period abroad. Services Accommodation Career Services Deadlines Location The University offers a free innovative service for students looking for accommodation, with complete support up to signing the rental contract. UNINT offers a strong relationship among the courses and the labour market, and provides a useful information service for students and graduates, also organizing events and meetings with private companies and public entities. The standard deadline for application is November 2015, but international students are strongly encouraged to apply by May 2015. Tuition fees (see the next page) can be paid in three installments, by the date of registration, by January 2016 and by April 2016. The University is located near the city centre and it is easily reached by public transportation.
