WHAT IS SEP? SEP is an opportunity for students to: 1 2 3 4 Spend one or two semesters studying at a partner university Earn modular credits toward their major in a new academic setting Immerse themselves in a new place and culture Enjoy tuition-fee waiver from the partner institution, and pay NUS tuition fees for the exchange semester(s)
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SEP? Matriculated, full-time NUS students who have: 1 Completed at least two semesters at NUS upon admission to Partner University & not in the graduating semester 2 3 4 5 Minimum CAP of at least 3.0 / 5.0 with no grade below C Sufficient financial resources to cover living expenses while abroad Obtained Faculty s approval to take part in SEP Satisfied host institution and host country s entry requirements

CAN THE CREDITS COUNT TOWARDS MY DEGREE? YES Module mapping request is subjected to approval from the Faculties. Map a maximum of 10 MCs / Summer Programme Map a maximum of 5 MCs / Winter Programme Waiver of NUS tuition fees allowed for up to 2 Summer/Winter Programmes and up to a total of 12 MCs transferred during their course of study in NUS Beyond 12MCs, NUS Special Term tuition fees will apply, in addition to Summer/Winter Programme fees paid to the host university Law students are generally unable to transfer credit for summer programmes due to their special degree requirements Business courses can be transferred if the programme runs for at least 3 weeks
