THAT the Board of Education approves a contract with Ketchum-Grande Memorial School/The Charlton School, PO Box 47, Burnt Hills, New York for as needed special education services and psychiatric services during the 2018 Extended School Year at the per student tuition rate of $6,827, Dormitory Authority rate of $1,879 and $160 per session for psychiatric services and during the 2018-19 School Year at a per student tuition rate of $40,964, Dormitory Authority rate of $11,275 and $160 per session for psychiatric services pending final NYSED rate setting. G. THAT the Board of Education approves a contract with the Oak Hill School, at 39 Charlton Road, Scotia New York for as needed special education services at the tuition rate of $5,038 per student for the 2018 Extended School Year and $30,229 tuition per student for the 2018-19 School Year pending final NYSED rate setting. H. THAT the Board of Education approves a contract between Cohoes City School District and the Rensselaer City School District to provide health and welfare services to students residing in Cohoes and attending a school within Rensselaer City School District for the 2017/18 school year at a rate of $68.11 to approximately 0.128 children.

THAT the Board of Education approves a contract with the St. Colman s Home Inc., 11 Haswell Road, Watervliet, New York for as needed special education services at the tuition rate of $5,780 per student for the 2018 Extended School Year and $34,682 tuition per student for the 2018-19 School Year pending final NYSED rate setting. J. THAT the Board of Education approves a contract with Vanderheyden, PO Box 219, Wynantskill, New York for as needed special education services during the 2018 Extended School Year at the per student tuition rate of $6,654, Dormitory Authority rate of $1,524 and during the 2018-19 School Year at a per student tuition rate of $39,924, Dormitory Authority rate of $9,144 pending final NYSED rate setting. K. THAT the Board of Education approves a contract with the Wildwood School, at 2995 Curry Road Ext., Schenectady, New York for as needed special education services at the tuition rate of $8,678 per student for the 2018 Extended School Year and $52,070 tuition per student for the 2018-19 School Year pending final NYSED rate setting. L. THAT the Board of Education accepts a donation in the amount of $150 from CASDA to Cohoes High School students to attend the Hudson Valley Community College Fair on September 20, 2017. M. THAT the Board of Education amends the 2017/18 Budget in the amount of $150 to cover transportation costs to Hudson Valley Community College on September 20, 2017. VIII. RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT PERSONNEL INSTRUCTIONAL A.
