GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE CONFERENCE GCSTMR is a global professional organisation of academics, researchers and professionals with a vision to enhance contemporary practice in scientific, technological, business and management research through knowledge sharing in the interconnected world. GCSTMR relentlessly works toward new opportunities for academics, researchers and industry leaders to foster a vibrant scholar community with high ethical standards in research and professional activities. GCSTMR endeavors to create a platform for young researchers to exchange ideas and share information with experts in their respective fields, GCSTMR encourages and facilitates trans-national collaborations among its members and associates in research, training and professional activities. Multidisciplinary international conference series run by GCSTMR open vast opportunities for researchers to interact on the global platform and take advantage of knowledge sharing in the digital arena. GCSTMR is a venture of Science, Technology and Management Crest Australia (STAMCA), a registered company in Australia (Australian Business Number: 61612085444), dedicated to initiate and facilitate knowledge based ventures and activities. The 1 st International GCSTMR Congress is jointly organised by GCSTMR, Bangladesh Open University (BOU), Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) and Business Faculty of the Dhaka University (DU). The Congress will be hosted by Bangladesh Open University (BOU) and Islamic University of Technology (IUT) based in Gazipur of Dhaka City, the capital of Bangladesh. The conference venues are 12km away from the airport and many international standard hotels, motels, guest houses and resorts are situated in and around the venue. This part of Dhaka is relatively quiet and peaceful with less traffic congestion. Bangladesh, an emerging economic power in Asia, is also popular for its two main tourist attractions: Cox s Bazar, a contender for the title of the longest unbroken sandy sea beach in the world and the Sundarbans, the largest mangrove forest of the world, with the Royal Bengal Tiger and the Spotted Deer. ABSTRACT AND FULL PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS Authors should visit the GCSTMR web-link (http://www.gcstmr.com.au/) for information regarding submission. One should navigate through the Congress Tab and select the relevant conference(s) to download the templates and authors must use the right template (provided in the website) in preparing abstracts/extended abstracts/full papers. REVIEW PROCESS A double-blind peer review process will evaluate all submissions to the conferences. Papers should not have been presented or published elsewhere prior to this conference and are restricted to three submissions by one author. The highly active publishers and leading researchers involved with GCSTMR network will ensure high quality of published papers in the GCSTMR congress and it is likely that some papers may be rejected if they do not achieve the desired quality. PUBLICATION OF CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS All the accepted full papers and extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings under Australian ISBN Number. All Proceedings will be published from Sydney, Australia by Science, Technology and Management Crest Australia (STAMCA). Selected high quality papers (subject to author s agreement and further peer review and update process) will be published in the relevant journals supported by GCSTMR at a prescribed fee to make the papers open-access and freely available by the international community. Furthermore, special books will be published from the high quality papers presented in the conference subject to further review process. At least one author must register to the conference to get their paper(s) published in the Conference Proceedings. A registered author can present a maximum of three papers in the conference of which he/she is a co-author.
