Letter from the Vice President Since beginning in my role as Vice President for Student Affairs in 2010, I have been committed to ensuring students receive a holistic college experience focusing not only on the academic components, but also the social components and bridging them together. As a Division, we have described our strengths as student-centeredness, collaborative spirit, and resiliency; I believe our staff work hard and enjoy what they do. In an effort to articulate what guides us, in 2015 we worked collectively to develop our Principles and Values. These have helped shape our 2017-2020 strategic plan. Throughout the plan, there are themes of accountability, commitment to sustainable practices, and the long-term health and resiliency of our students. Additionally, there is a commitment to creativity, innovation, and excellence as we prepare our students to be leaders in our communities and workforce. I hope you enjoy reading our 2014-2020 strategic plan and feel we have met the changing needs of our students. Sincerely, Elizabeth With, Ed.D.
