Training Description: As a professional in your field, you have excellent ideas and plans. However, their success is often dependent on how well you can communicate them to others to get their commitment. It isn t what you say but the way in which you say it which makes people respond to you. This course will provide with the cutting edge that you need to enhance your skills and bring out your talents for presenting so you are able to build a strong profile and get a favourable response from your audience. Effective communication, presentation and public speaking capability is essential for a successful educational, social and professional life. Mastery of the presentation and public speaking is vital for effective leader and leadership and driving personal growth. Advanced Presentation and Public Speaking Skills is a very practical, proven and fun approach to presentation and public speaking that covers all aspects of the presentation process. This course includes an activity called The Presenter that allow participants to practice the key concepts, competencies and skills learned in the traditional knowledge development sessions in a way that provides actionable insights into how new knowledge and skills learned will be used on the job. The course takes a holistic view of presentation and public speaking and introduces the participants to the advanced knowledge, skills and attitude required to properly approach and confidently deliver their topic to any audience. The program is well researched, knowledge-based and designed with the individual learner at the centre of the learning process which means that the course is extremely interactive and practical. Training Designed for: This course is intended for all Public relations officers and other key personnel in the organization whose work involves contact and interaction with the internal/ external public, particularly managers and supervisors in the areas of personnel, marketing, sales, and media as well as those Business Corporations, PR Specialist Service Providers, Advertising Agencies, NGOs, Government Divisions and Departments, Academia and in the Mass Media News and Entertainment Industry Corporations. This course is very useful to Staff at all levels in the organization that wants to elevate their presentation and public speaking skills to an advanced level so that they can get the very best results from their leadership, teams and colleagues in pursuit of the organization s goals. Each participant is given 10 minutes to deliver and take questions on their presentation entitled What Motivates Me prepared as pre-work to the program; these sessions will be filmed for their record. During each presentation, the class (the audience) completes a Presentation Observation Sheet that records their observations and comments on each delivery based on the Presentation Framework given earlier in the program. The class then shares this feedback with The Presenter. Activity- Close with a Bang! Each participant presents their closing speech (case study to be given on the day); each session will be filmed for their record and class and trainer feedback will follow to consolidate learning Course Conclusion POST-TEST and EVALUATION Training Requirement: Hand s on practical sessions, equipment and software will be applied during the course if required and as per the client s request. Training Methodology: This interactive training course includes the following training methodologies as a percentage of the total tuition hours:- 30% Lectures, Concepts, Role Play 30% Workshops & Work Presentations, Techniques 20% Based on Case Studies & Practical Exercises 20% Videos, Software & General Discussions Pre and Post Test Training Certificate(s): Internationally recognized certificate(s) will be issued to each participant who completed the course.
