[ About the University SRI SIDDHARTHA ACADEMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION (Deemed to be University u/s 3 of the UGC Act, 1956) Accredited A Grade by NAAC INTRODUCTION Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education declared as Deemed to be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 was established by notification vide MHRD GOI No. F.9-31/2006-U.3 (A) dated: 30/05/2008 of Govt. of India. The University started functioning w.e.f. June 2008 with Sri Siddhartha Medical College and Sri Siddhartha Dental College as constituent colleges. Further as per Govt. of India notification vide No. F.9-31/2006-U.3(A) Dtd. 16/12/2008, the Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology was included as a constituent college of Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education. The Academy is established to achieve academic excellence and to give more thrust to the research activities. LOCATION Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education and its constituent colleges are situated in Tumkur, a pictoresque town, 70 kms from Banglore on Banglore-Honnavara National Highway No.26 and just over an hour and a half drive from Bangalore International Airport by road. We, the (Name & Branch of Bank) do hereby undertake to make part payment also in each year (when required) against this guarantee as and when demanded by Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur, Karnataka 4. We, the (Name & Branch of Bank) do hereby undertake to pay the amount due and payable under this guarantee without any demur merely on a demand from the college stating that the amount claimed is due from the said student. Any such demand made by the college on the Bank shall be conclusive as regards the amount due and payable by the Bank to the College under this guarantee. The payment will be made by us to Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur, Karnataka and the student shall have no claim against us for making such payment. 9

Unless a claim is lodged with the bank within three months from the said date i.e. by 31 st Aug. 2022, this guarantee shall be forfeited and the Bank shall be relieved and discharged for all liabilities there under. 8.
