Online Registration for 2016-2017 begins July 5th. Log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal to register from the comfort of home! If needed, help is available at the following; Beginning July 5th... Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 8:00 am to 2:00 pm North High School office August 11th 21st Iowa State Fair 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Building under the East grandstand Fall Registration Evenings August 10th & 11th 2:00 to 8:00 PM, both nights North High School Online Registration is back and better! Beginning July 5th, parents will be need to register their students online! In order to do this you will need to have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. For parents familiar with Infinite Campus you will need to log in and click on the Registration link in your mailbox (This will not be in your inbox until July 5th). To log-in go to www.dmschools.org and click on the PARENTS tab. Click on Infinite Campus. Then click on the green Infinite Campus Portal Login button. Enter your user name and password. For parents that are not familiar with Infinite Campus, we are here to help you. A parent portal account has been created for you. Please call the North High School at (515) 242-7200 for your user name and password or stop in at one of the above dates/times for assistance. For online registration you will need the following; Parent AND student needed to complete OLR, for signatures and student ID picture (if registering at school) Addresses, phone numbers, birthdates of parents/guardians and emergency contact information Student information like birthdates and medical or prescription information Photo Identification of parent/guardian: Driver s license or passport Proof of Residency for ALL students. Please plan to bring one of the Acceptable documents as listed below; Utility Bill (Mid-American, Water Works) or Confirmation of Services Lease or notarized statement from landlord Purchase Agreement Mortgage Statement Polk County Assessors- print copy of web page verifying property ownership Property tax statement Vehicle registration (most popular) DHS Paperwork Shelter Stay Verification If you are residing with family or friends, we will need a notarized letter from the person you are living with attesting that you and your child are currently residing at their address. In addition to the letter, we will need one form of address verification in their name, from the list above.
