4th 11SPORTS INTER SCHOOL TABLE TENNIS STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS, MAHARASHTRA, 2018 RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Only Schools of Maharashtra can participate in the Championships. 2. Open for schools of all educational boards (Except Open Schools). 3. All the matches will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations as approved by TTFI and as adopted by 11SPORTS Pvt. Ltd. 4. TTFI approved Table Tennis Tables and balls will be used. 5. It is mandatory to produce a photo eligibility certificate issued by the Principal / School Head certifying the class / standard of study and date of birth. 6. Ten categories of events will be held as below: i. Team Events - 4 1. Sub - Junior Girls Team: For Girls studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only. 2. Sub - Junior Boys Team: For Boys studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only. 3. Junior Boys Team: For Boys studying in 8 th, 9 th &10 th Class/Standard only. 4. Junior Girls Team: For Girls studying in 8 th, 9 th & 10 th Class/Standard only. ii. Individual Events - 6 1. Sub - Junior Girls - For Girls studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only 2. Sub - Junior Boys - For Boys studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only 3. Junior Girls - For Girls studying in 8 th, 9 th &10 th Class/Standard only 4. Junior Boys - For Boys studying in 8 th, 9 th &10 th Class/Standard only 5. Senior Girls - For Girls studying in 11 th & 12 th Class/Standard only 6. Senior Boys - For Boys studying in 11 th & 12 th Class/Standard only 7. Format of the Team Championships: Corbillon Cup System of match order will be followed. i.e. A vs X, B vs Y, Doubles, A vs Y, B vs X. 8. A Team shall consist of minimum of 2 Players and maximum of 4 Players. All matches in the Team events will be decided by best of 5 games. A team winning three matches will be declared the winner and the match will end. 9. All individual events will be best of 5 games 10. All events (team & individual) are on Knock out basis. 11. For Team Events, merit certificates & medals will be awarded to Maximum 5 persons per team (4 players & 1 official) that are Winners, Runners up and Semi Finalists. 12. For Individual events, merit certificates & medals will be awarded to the Winners, Runners up and Semi Finalists. 13. The winners of team event & individual categories will be the State Interschool Champions - 2018 of that event and shall qualify to represent the state in the National Inter School Table Tennis Championships proposed to be held from 29 th November to 2 nd December 2018 at a venue to be announced.

14. Entry fee will be Rs. 1000/- per team per event & Rs 100/- for the individual events (If a player is not part of the team). Association registration fees extra if not already paid. 15. Entries close at 25 th August, Saturday at 5.00 p.m. 16. The draw shall take place at 26 th August, Sunday at 10.00 am 17. For team events, a school can send only one entry per team category. For individual events there is no limit for number of entries(if more than 4 please use extra form). 18. Competition in a category will be conducted only if there is a minimum of 8 entries in the Sub - Junior and Junior Boys Teams and a minimum of 6 Entries in the Sub - Junior and Junior Girls Teams events. For individual events, there need to be a minimum of 32 entries in all the other categories for Boys / 16 entries in all the other categories for Girls. 19. Entries Procedure: There are 2 options (Online and Offline) provided. Please check ANNEXURE 1 for details. 20. It will be the responsibility of the participating school to arrange for Travel, Boarding, lodging of their players 21. All official Communication / draw shall be displayed at the venue or as communicated by the organisers.

ANNEXURE 1 11SPORTS Online Entry Procedure Registration Process - Option 1: Online Entry To register, visit http://www.11sports.in/ Home Page Click on State in school programs which will redirect to schools page School Page

Click on register tab, a new page will be loaded Enter your school email and click on submit button Registration page An OTP will be sent to the email provided by you, enter the OTP and click submit OTP Verification

Once successful you ll be taken to a registration page. Fill the information and click submit Registration Page Fields: 1) School Name: Enter the complete name of the school. 2) Abbreviation: Enter the short form of your school (Ex: National Public school- NPS) 3) Contact Person: Enter the name of the contact person 4) Landline: Enter the school contact number 5) Mobile Number: Enter a valid contact number 6) Email Id: will be automatically displayed which was used during the registration. 7) Password: Enter a strong password (Please do not share the password) 8) Confirm Password: Please re-enter the given password 9) Address: Enter the school address 10) City: Enter the city where the school is located 11) State: Select the state name by clicking on the box 12) Pin code: Enter valid pin code. Click on submit button Registration Page

After submitting the registration details login screen will appear, login with your email id and password again and below screen will be displayed If you wish to change any information provided click on edit profile (which is provided on left side of the screen-edit Profile) Profile Details To add a coach click on coach button, enter the details and click submit Coach Information

To submit an entry for a category, click on Entries button, select the category for which the entry is to be submitted (Categories are listed in the black box) Category List Select the category for which entry is to be submitted, by clicking on the category name as shown above Click on add player, fill the player information and click on submit. Player data form: 1) Player Name: Enter the full name of the player 2) D.O.B: Enter the correct date of birth in DD-MM-YYYY (Ex: 01-01-2001) 3) Select the gender 4) Class: click on the box, a dropdown will appear, select the class the player is studying in. 5) Parent/Guardian Name: Enter the full name of the parent/guardian 6) Mobile Number: Enter the correct mobile number of the parent/guardian. 7) Email id: Enter the email id of the parent/guardian/coach/player 8) Address: Enter the player address with city and pin code.

Player details After submitting the form you can see the player details along with category (Team/Individual) If any changes are to be made click on edit option (Please edit the data before selecting the check box) Select the event team (Multiple players playing as a group) /individual (Single player) by clicking in the small box and click done. To check the entry is submitted successfully click on view entries, select the state and the event View Entry Page Registration Process Option 2: Offline Entry / Through email The registration form will be available with the organiser or it can be downloaded from the website www.11sports.in School has to fill all the player information accurately Scan copy of the filled form with Principal s signature and school stamp should be sent to the organiser s email id Please forward a copy of the form to schools@11sports.in When the players come to the tournament they should produce the original form with their ID proof at the venue.
