Welcome London Live Endoscopy 2012 We are delighted to invite you to another major event to attract you to London in 2012 the 4th London Live Endoscopy course! Following the success of previous courses, this year we will broadening our scope further, and be addressing all forms of interventional endoscopy, including ERCP, EUS, upper GI endoscopy, and colonoscopy. The focus will be on dilemmas in endoscopic practice, technical approaches, and management advances. As well as our local faculty, we are delighted to welcome a superb national and international expert faculty. A criticism of live courses is that they often involve an expert doing fantastic esoteric endoscopy in front of a silent audience. The facilities and course structure will allow personal interaction, self-learning, and reflection, so providing a real chance of advancement of individual endoscopic skills and decision making. We hope that the course will encourage, challenge, and educate all those aiming to deliver excellence in clinical practice, including established consultants, endoscopy nursing staff, and endoscopy trainees. Course activities will include: Live cases from UCH (3 rooms running in parallel) State-of-the-art lectures, case discussions Faculty-led Tricks and tips breakout sessions Personalised hands-on accessories tutorials Interactive mini-clip video learning Topics will include: Pancreaticobiliary: Selective ductal access techniques Short-wire systems Pancreatic stenting/endotherapy Difficult stones EUS FNA/biopsy/cyst management Cholangioscopy Biliary radiofrequency ablation Mesh-metal biliary stenting ERCP in altered anatomy Oesophagogastric: Barrett s assessment/halo Laser ablation EMR/ESD Fistula management EUS tumour staging Post-bariatric surgery complications Colorectal: Perfecting diagnostic colonoscopy Chromoendoscopy/narrow band imaging Approach to large polyps Stricture management - dilatation/stenting

Delegates might wish to invite a guest to this very special event (which includes a guided tour). We ask that the dinner fee and course fee are paid as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
