OUR LEARNING APPROACH The workshop will accelerate your personal and professional transformation by combining a selfassessment, followed by 3 days of in-person sessions, and then 6 months of mentorship and coaching. Our approach is an innovative and pragmatic mix of sessions that include foundational skills in management and leadership, with case-based, and field-based learning, and other experiential learning techniques, including seminars, interactive discussions, one-to-one personal coaching and group exercises. We deliver that program through a mix of digital and face-to-face modalities and limit each cohort to 50 participants in order to ensure maximum interaction and engagement. The advisors, speakers, facilitators, coaches and mentors are a mix of head of state, politicians, CEOs and academics from the public, private and civil society sectors. 1 month Self-Assessment Prior to the workshop, participants will be provided with reading materials and a self-assessment tool that will help each participant to understand their personal leadership and management styles. With this information, the course will be adapted to the needs of the participants for group work and for individual discussions. 3 day, in-person Workshop The in-person workshop is segmented into 3 parts (i) understanding Yourself (ii) Promoting Managerial Effectiveness and (iii) Strengthening your Leadership Style. The workshop first looks inwards to help you to identify your behavioural, managerial and leadership DNA, followed by a mix of sessions that include didactic, role play, debates and meditation. At the end of the workshop, participants will develop their personal learning and development plan. This plan will form the basis for delivering coaching and mentoring sessions over the following 6 months. 6 months of Mentorship and Coaching Behaviour change takes time, and for optimal results, needs to be catalysed through structured handholding by trained professionals. Professional and experienced coaches will support participants in their individualized, personal and professional journey through planned interventions and conversations over a virtual platform.
