Transfer Articulation Agreement Central New Mexico Community College Any Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree program and Western New Mexico University Bachelor of Applied Science in Rehabilitation Services Students completing an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree program at Central New Mexico Community College can apply those credits and courses directly toward the Bachelor of Applied Science in Rehabilitation Services at Western New Mexico University. Additionally, students may find Bachelor of Applied Science in Rehabilitation Services program specific courses. These courses are listed in the last row of this agreement, below: Degree Program Requirements. Students that complete and Associate of Arts or Associate of Science will be Guaranteed Transfer into WNMU and the Bachelor of Applied Science in Rehabilitation Services. This transfer agreement will be revised by CNM and WNMU each academic year. This Transfer Articulation Agreement shall not exceed eight (8) years.
