Students choose between band or chorus, and all take art. Fundraising for Camp Maclean throughout the year. Snack and water sales take place during the school day and are monitored by teachers/staff with help from parent volunteers. Students also choose between band, art, chorus and geography as their additional elective. Rotation between four teachers for core classes Fundraising events for Washington, D.C., throughout the year. Most parent-organized and optional; however, a few take place during the school day and are monitored by teachers/staff. Host school carnival as a D.C. fundraising activity-june 6, 2019. Participate in the graduation ceremony (candlelight). Seventh grade parents are also asked to plan, organize, and execute the eighth grade graduation breakfast and reception (the evening reception follows the ceremony)-june 4, 2019.
