You will learn the different types of documents that can be produced and the importance of agreeing the format and layout with your organisation. You will also learn about the legal requirements for giving and storing customer and business information. UBU77_v1

Principles of business document production and information management Learning outcomes On completion of this unit you will: 1. Understand how to prepare business documents 2. Understand the distribution of business documents 3. Understand how information is managed in business organisations Evidence requirements 1.
