The M.Sc. in Management and Engineering in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering is a two-year full-time industrial engineering program. In addition, the RWTH School of Business and Economics will deliver three management modules during the first year in Aachen. Program information Admission requirements The programs start in October of each year and the duration is 2 years. The language of instruction is English. In the first year you will follow the engineering courses. In the second year you follow the management courses and work on your master s thesis resulting in a total of 120 ECTS. Upon successful completion you receive a Master of Science degree from RWTH Aachen University. Admission to the M.Sc. in Management and Engineering programs takes place on a competitive basis. Candidates should meet the following requirements in general: Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Science related to your desired study program awarded by an internationally recognized university-level institution. Basic knowledge in business administration is requested as an admission requirement. Students with no previous knowledge in management have to participate in a preparatory online course conducted by the School of Business and Economics at RWTH Aachen University prior to the beginning of the degree program (July-Sep). Non-native English speaking candidates, must submit evidence of proficiency in English. Moreover, practical professional experience of as a rule not less than one year is required.
