This paper proposes the novel medical equipment maintenance system design and implementation. The new remote therapy service should by the region medical information exchange draw for the core, in the existing longdistance sound video information interactive foundation, realizes the electronic medical record and personal health file shares with operates mutually, before, the sole long-distance diagnosis expands to the long-distance outpatient service and long-distance emergency medical treatment, benefits more general residents. In long-distance medical education, after conditions are ripe, lectured the doctor not only to explain the demonstration related medical knowledge, but can also choose the appropriate case book and student shares, further content and method of rich VRM L, achieved a better effect. We design and implement the system with simulation that will be meaningful. On the other hand, the remote consultation is usually subordinate hospital doctors according to their own judgment to decide whether to initiate consultation or request, according to the patients or their families will decide whether to initiate a consultation request, lack of appropriate norms and standards, arbitrarily large, remote consultation after different experts, the patient's condition did not follow the treatment effect of tracking, greater uncertainty. Patients in the primary hospital after the remote expert number to enter the remote expert patient queue, lower hospital doctor admissions, physical examination, and physical examination results written in shared outpatient doctor station, upload to the information exchange platform; superior hospital experts share Remote doctors and remote audio and video systems to communicate directly with the patient, and guide the lower hospital doctors to check the patient's signs; remote experts combined with patient history and physical examination results, etc., ISSN: 2287-1233 ASTL Copyright 2016 SERSC
for initial diagnosis or issued at the primary health care institutions to complete or collaborative ; General hospital doctors to guide the patient to complete the examination and inspection, and experts at the higher level to share the results of laboratory tests; expert outpatient diagnosis of patients, develop treatment plans and issued a doctor's orders; primary hospital medical personnel to perform medical advice; patients receiving treatment and complete outpatient service. In the later sections, we will discuss in detail. 2 How to Realize the Sharing of Medical Documents in the Interregional Medical Information System Realizes medical documents cross-region sharing, at present the technical standard of exchange of information mainly realizes through the HL7-CDA standard localization. HL7 is the medical health standard that the US formulates, the shared data in the different medical electronics system, making the heterogeneous system shared data of different developer become possible. HL7 clinical document structure (cda) is formulation aimed at exchanging documents, one type the documents mark standard of assigning the structure and meaning. In the actual medical system programming, we can write in CDA field header document classification, identification information, interview data, patients, providers and other information. While the CDA intermediates are partially written into the clinical report. CDA bodies are composed of nested sets of content. There are four sets of content: sections, sections, lists, tables. Content sets contain content and optional headings. Content includes plain text, links, and multimedia. Both the body and the header are written using the data type defined in the HL7 RIM. In the figure 1, we show the principles. 376 Copyright 2016 SERSC

In SGA, the memory restores the information the buffer, resumes the revisions of diary record in all objects to the database. Because writes to restore the information content in diary to be quite big, therefore eliminates any possible competition is very important. Information in the buffer has two locks to save the management: Uses in the buffer assignment space helps writing the information the restoration assignment lock to save; Duplicates the restoration duplication lock of buffer to save the information. Both may resume the visit of diary to high-speed buffer, and may monitor through the VLATCH view that restores the diary lock to have two types of locks to save the competition.
