The list is in the order of merit and is being placed only on the Institute website and on the Notice Boards of the concerned Campuses. All provisionally selected candidates (1 st time in 4 th list) are required to report in person for documents verification cum admission at the Campus of selection, during working hours on any working day by 18 th July 2017, failing which their admission offer will liable to be cancelled and will not be considered for further round of seat allotment / upgradation, if any. The vacant seats will be allotted to candidates next on merit from the waiting list. [The Institute will remain closed on Sunday]. Those candidates whose Campus have been upgraded in the 4 th list, should also report at the new allotted Campus for acceptance of seat and other admission formalities, during working hours on any working day by 18 th July 2017, failing which their admission offer will liable to be cancelled. At the time of reporting at the new allotted Campus, candidates will be required show / submit the following: Proof of admission fees paid (payment receipt issued by the previous allotted Campus) Proof of original documents / certificates submitted at the previous allotted Campus (in case certificates not withdrawn from the previous Campus) One set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents/certificate (as given below) List of documents to carry at time of reporting for admission: At the time of admission, selected candidates would be required to show the originals of the following documents/ certificates and submit the College Leaving Certificate, Migration Certificate & Caste certificate in original along with self-attested photocopies of the all documents / certificates. Rest documents / certificates may be withdrawn immediately after verification by submitting Undertaking Form available in the Admission Office of the campus. A print-out of the duly completed online form (original copy) One recent colour photograph [same as uploaded on the form] Payment receipt towards application fee of Rs.1,500/- (General) and Rs.1,000/- (SC/ST) candidates (non-refundable) Original of the following documents / certificates: a) Pass certificate of Class X (for age proof) b) Marksheet of Class X c) Marksheet of Class XII / Intermediate or equivalent d) School Leaving Certificate e) Migration Certificate f) Caste certificate (if applicable), which should be in proper format and signed by appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO. g) Candidates belonging to other special categories (Persons with Disability [PwD] / Ward of BIT Employee / Kashmiri Migrant) must provide photocopy of certificate in proper format from appropriate authority. h) Photo identification: (Driving license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, School / College ID, are acceptable) Contd. on page -2
Contd. from page -1 Total fees payable at the time of admission: Provisionally selected candidates will be required to deposit an amount of Rs.70,000/- for admission to BCA programme 2017 at BIT Lalpur and BIT Patna Campuses by crossed Demand draft in favour of Birla Institute of Technology, payable at the city where campus is located. The candidate may also pay the admission fee through State Bank Collect by using the net banking or debit / credit card payment of any nationalized bank. For detail, please see Institute website. No partial payment shall be entertained. No Hostel facilities are available at these Campuses. For fee refund rule, please see separate notice available on the Institute website. Candidates are requested to come prepared to join the programme. Classes have already been commenced from 13 th July 2017 at all Campuses.
