2+2 Transfer Degree Plan DENTAL HYGIENE UACCM ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE DEGREE - TO - UAFS BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE 120 Semester Hours This agreement requires 120 credit hours: maximum 75 at UACCM and remaining 45 at UAFS. UAFS will offer the remaining Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree requirements through online or on campus courses. ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE IN LIBERAL ARTS 61 Semester Hours Students completing the Associate of Science in Liberal Arts degree with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, will have satisfied the UAFS lower-level core for the dental hygiene program. Acceptance to the UAFS Dental Hygiene program is a competitive process and includes several additional criteria. Please see the UAFS website for criteria and application process. Agreement requirements are guaranteed in accordance with the academic year of initial enrollment at UACCM, not to precede the academic year during which the agreement first took effect. Students must meet the above the graduation requirements as indicated by institutional and college policy. The program can be changed only with the approval of the official advisor. ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE IN REGISTERED NURSING 90 Semester Hours Students pursuing the RNto-BSN Online Completion Program must have a current, unencumbered license as a registered nurse. A valid, unencumbered license must be maintained throughout the completion of this program.
