What is OLS? Online Linguistic Support Online system for students to assess their language capability in a language other than their native tongue and take an online course (if necessary)
What is OLS? Available in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch. Portuguese, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Finnish, Croatian, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak and Swedish. If a language is not supported by OLS you can use Organisational Support funding for these students.

Who is OLS for? Students/recent graduates undertaking a mobility in a language that is not their native language must complete the assessment. If an overseas students is enrolled at a UK HEI is going to undertake a mobility in English. It is at the institution s discretion to determine the level proficiency. The course is aimed at all levels.

How to use OLS? All users: Will receive an email with credentials and a access link Need to follow the link Log in with your credentials Once access is gained, you can change password. If you need to change the OLS contact, please contact HE Helpdesk.

Students can save their assessment result in their Europass Language Passport.
What is Europass? Europass is made up of five documents to make individuals skills and qualifications clearly and easily understood in Europe.
