Arghadip Paul, Impact of Immediacy, Interpersonal Behaviour and Credibility on Mathematics Teachers Effectiveness. M.Phil. Number of candidates awarded M.Phil. degree under my guidance - 10 Research Projects completed 1. Minor Project under UGC Unassigned grant Assessment of environment awareness among college entrants : base line study of newly introduced environment education curriculum. The project was for 2 years and amount of grant was Rs. 24,000/=. I was the Principal Investigator and Dr. Madan Mohan Chel, Principal, Sammilani Mahavidyalay was the Co-investigator. 2. Major Project (UGC sponsored Interdisciplinary UPE Programme) Buddhist Education in India. Prof. Bela Bhattacharya, Dept. of Pali, Calcutta University is the Principal Investigator and I am the Co-investigator. The project is for 5 years commencing from April 2007 with grants of Rs. 8,80,000/-. 3. Major Project (UGC sponsored Interdisciplinary UPE Programme) The title of the project is A study to assess the impact of environment related activity programmes on the students environmental awareness and action skills in secondary schools with special reference to Sundarban Areas. [No. 216/UPE/07, dated 19.4.2007]. The project is for 5 years commencing from April 2007 and total grant is Rs. 3,27,000/-. Dr. Madhumala Sengupta is the Principal Investigator of this project and I am a Coinvestigator. Dr. Madan Mohan Chel, Principal, Sammilani Teachers Training College is another Co-investigator. Ongoing Project (i) Major Research Project on Teaching and Learning in Higher Education in India sponsored by NUEPA, New Delhi. I am working as a team leader of West Bengal Team.
