Clermont Lodge Summer Meetings Clermont Lodge No. 226 will be Dark during the first Monday of the months of July, August, and September 2016. Please make every effort to attend the once a month meetings on the third Monday of these months. Onions sales are complete. Please turn in your money from the sales as soon as possible so that we can have a proper accounting of this important fund raising event. 5

FROM THE EAST Greetings Brethren! Congratulations is in order for South Lake High School senior Travis Ryone who won the $500 scholarship from Clermont Lodge. Brother Paul Prince and I presented the award at a ceremony in the school auditorium on Thursday 5/26. Travis will be attending Lake Sumter State College in the Fall. Junior Warden Garrett Paquette and his wife Sharon are planning chili and corn bread for dinner on June 20th. It will be Chili Night! Come on out and enjoy the festivities. It will be the best $5 spent! The next monthly officers meeting will be Monday, June 6th at 6pm at the Lodge. Please come out and support these important planning sessions. The annual Vidalia Onion sale fund raiser was a great success. W Larry McClure and Brother Steve Lewis picked up 1000 pounds of onions on Thursday May 12th and they were all gone by Tuesday May 17th. The final accounting will happen when everyone has turned in their money - hopefully by the June 6th meeting night. Thank you Larry and Steve for making the trip to Georgia and getting us fresh onions to sell. A special thank you to Larry for all the individual deliveries he made. This was above and beyond! Fraternally yours, Rocky Gasque, Worshipful Master 6

South Lake High School senior Travis Ryone was presented the Clermont Lodge $500 scholarship award by W M Rocky Gasque and Brother Paul Prince at the 5/26 school awards ceremony. 7
