Marksheet of qualifying examination. If the Board/University from which candidatehas passed his qualifying examination award marks in grade system, thentheformula for conversion of grade into marks that country.
..I b. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a county other than c. India are required to submit a certificate from the Indian Embassy/Indian Consulate orassociation of Indian Universities, New Delhi to the effect that the examinationpassed is equivalent to the qualifying examination of Indian System; d. Proof of nationality; e. An affidavit duly notarised in the country where the Indian/PIO/OCI is residing to the effect Father/Mother/Guardian/Sponsor (as the case may be is a Indian/PIO/OCI; non-resident that the non-resident f. A self-attested true copy of the passport g. Transfer and Character certificate from the Institution last attended; h. In case where the guardian of the candidates is the NRI/PIO/OCI, an affidavit duly notarised in the country where the non-resident Indian/PIO/OCI is residing to the effect that he/she is the legal guardian of the candidate. i.
