Dear Sir/Madam, It is my privilege to inform you that Sports Development Association, G.B Nagar & Sports Development Association, Uttar Pradesh has been entrusted with the responsibility of hosting 1 st NSDA National Handball (Sub- Junior, Junior, Senior) Boys & Girls Championship under the aegis of National Sports Development Association, India. On behalf of the organizing committee, I take this opportunity to extend this invitation to the respective contingents of all the State/UT Unit to participate in this Championship at Greater Noida, G B Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The following are the details related to the conduct of Championship. The Organizing Committee will be responsible for transportation arrival of delegates at Ghaziabad/New Delhi Railway Station/Bus Station. ii. All teams will be provided with a bus for arrival at Competition/venue of Stay. iii. The Travelling expenses from Home City to Competition venue to the responsibility of the participating teams. (11) FINANCE & INSURANCE: The Organizing Committee is responsible for participant s accommodation, transportation and arrangements during the tournament and all the members of its delegation including compulsory insurance cover particularly health, accident & travel. During the travel or
competition, for any accident of the team members, NSDA, India is not responsible for any claim or damage. (12) MESS & LODGING ARRANGEMENT Common Mess: Food will be available from the common mess on payment as per NSDA s norms @250/- per head per day. (13) Composition of Teams Each affiliated Unit/UT/State can only one team in each category. (14) Eligibility a. The participating player age group according to norms of National Sports Rules & Regulations. b. Eligibility/ Age Certificate: - All player should have mandatory AADHAAR Number, Official Entry & eligibility forms in new format duly signed/attested by the head of the State/UTs. The team manager will be responsible for bringing the eligibility/birth certificate of all the participants, which are to be handed over the Technical committee. For the tournament, only official entry forms duly signed by the competent authority of
State/UTs will be acceptable. In absence of this signed official entry form, it will neither be possible to participate in the tournament nor the issue of the merit/participation certificate be possible. (15) MEDICAL TEST To serve the purpose of transparency the organizing committee can conduct the medical test for age verification as per the convenience before the commencement of national tournament under district medical board/district administration. The team of concerning unit will have to be present for medical test on the decided date & time; otherwise the team will not be eligible to participate in the tournament. If a team/individual which has entered is absent or through its own fault does not arrive in time at the site of the competition, the deposit on the entry fee, payable at the time of registration, will not be refunded. b. A minimum number of 10 entries are required for each event. Less than 10 entries will not be awarded certificate of merit. But these rules are not applicable for Olympic Games.
