To gain knowledge on the science in which nurse s philosophy is based, and also a good comprehension of the nursing scientific methods, evaluation of the scientifically proved facts and data analysis. 2. LO 10-The student will understand basic fundamentals of probability theory and will be able to apply them to solve easy problems LO 11- The student will apply statistical concepts applied to diagnostic tests (relative risk, sensitivity...) 7 LO 13- The student will apply basic tools of statistic inference, using the tables of the Normal, Chi-square test and F distributions. The test questions will have 4 possible answers and only one valid. Erroneous responses penalize according to the formula A- (E / n-1). Being A: number of hits, E: number of errors, n: number of response options. The 100% of the total mark will constitute both sections with a value of 40% and 60% respectively, being necessary the qualification of 5 to pass the subject.
