European Voluntary Service "Next Stop, Youth Participation!" 1st October 2018-31st July 2019 Puente Genil, Spain Participants Organization Associazione Culturale Eufemia (Italy); Maison de Jeunes et de la Culture de Flers (France); Viimsi Vallavalitsus (Estonia). Volunteers Profile We are looking for volunteers who: Are from Italy, Estonia and France; Are between the ages of 18 and 30 at the beginning of the activity. We value if the applicant: Has interest in international youth work in the context of non-formal education in the revitalization of events and activities, youth participation and management of European projects; Has interest in learning about Spanish culture and exchange experiences with people in the community; Has a basic knowledge of Spanish and English and is open to learn more; Has social skills, assertiveness, empathy, flexibility; Has social media and digital competences; Has motivation and energy; Has capacity to adapt to a work methodology; Has availability in relation to the project dates.

Venue This project will take place in Puente Genil, a city located in the South of Cordoba. It's in the center of Andalusia, adjoining with Sevilla and Málaga. Project Objectives Improve the volunteers skills; Promote active citizenship and participation in Europe, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity; Empower young people; Encourage self-esteem; Promote inclusion in a new environment; Increase autonomy in different contexts. The volunteer will have learning opportunities related to: personal autonomy improvement, knowledge of organizational self-skills, youth work at national and international level, intercultural learning, participation in different European projects, basic knowledge about the new language (Spanish), improvement of social and personal skills, knowledge of the new culture, awareness about European citizenship and improvement of digital competences.

WORKPLACES / TIMETABLE The volunteers will do their activities in two different places: at the Youth Center, in collaboration with the Youth Delegation of Local government of Puente Genil, or at the European projects office, according to their tasks. Normally, the activity hours will be from 9am to 3pm, from Monday to Friday. It is also possible to have some other isolated activities during the evenings or even during the weekend. Specific Tasks of the Volunteers 1 Volunteer for youth projects to be developed in coordination with the Youth delegation: Management of social networks and e-mails; Management of EURODESK; Support in the coordination of youth meetings (Mesa Local); Support in the planning and coordination of workshops, leisure and free time activities that the Youth Delegation offers; Management of applications, registration and information on the different projects, activities and trainings; Attention and information to the public about "Garatía Jóven", volunteering, issuance of youth card, etc; Support in the calls for participants for youth exchanges; Support in the logistics of the different HOSTING youth exchanges; Supervision of facilities that will be used for activities with young people; Control and organization of receipts, invoices, travel tickets...; Speaking in public for the dissemination of activities (press conferences, schools visits...); Support in the management of youth exchanges and events to SEND participants (works with different associations); Other tasks related with the daily work of the Youth Delegation.

2 Volunteers for supporting us in Erasmus Plus Projects and Social Media: Support in the management of social networks (FB, Instagram) and the Association's website; Write press releases and publications about the projects and sending them to Andalusian Institute of Youth, YOUNG AGENDA, etc; Support in the visibility of the different projects (posts, activities in the institutes, activities with youth correspondents, etc.); Creation of materials for the different events we do (posters, banners, brochures, flyers) and the monthly newsletter; Management of calls for participants for different activities; Creation of documents in English for different "Erasmus +" projects; Compilation of results such as: photos, videos, links, news...; Management of calls for participants for different activities; Speaking in public for the dissemination of activities; Coordination and preparation of young people for their participation in "Erasmus +" projects; Communication with European partners of "Erasmus +" projects and with local entities; Manage online platforms for the registration of participants (Mobility Tool, Youthpass...); Creation of workshops or training activities for young people and support in their execution; Use of methodologies within non-formal education; Direct support in the execution of activities in the youth exchanges and seminars; Other tasks related with the daily work of the organization. Note: The volunteers will share this tasks taking in consideration the habilities, interests and motivations of each one of them.

Tasks shared by all volunteers: Speaking room, a language exchange activity with local people; Updating EVS Facebook Page; Video about the EVS experience in Spain; Design, plan and execute activity for the day of the volunteer, December 5th, for the Europe Day, May 9th, and for intercultural coexistence; Optional Tasks: Creation of workshops and activities, local projects (Andalusian Institute of Youth (IAJ), Town Hall); Writting a project for the Erasmus+ project. Linguistic Support The organization will help the volunteer to improve their spanish; - Online Linguistic Support: It is an Erasmus plus Tool where volunteers can develop their spanish skills. The website has various guides and tutorials available to learn how to use it. - Speaking room: The volunteer will prepare a English Speaking Room for the local youth.
