4HOnline Enrollment/Programming Fee Payment Instructions Thank you for participating in Washington 4-H! The following guide will help you determine how to correctly pay your State and county fees. Not all counties charge a county programming fee. The county programming fee is based off the location of your Primary Club. If your primary club is in a county different than your residence county, or if you participate in more than one club in more than one county, you will be charged the programming fee for the county in which your primary club is located. Your invoice in 4HOnline will provide you with a breakdown of what fees are being charged. The fees will show as follows if your county DOES charge a County Programming Fee: CLUB: *CLUB NAME*: FEE: --- *County Name* County Programming Fee --- State: WA: FEE: State 4-H Enrollment Fee If your county DOES NOT charge a programming fee, you will only see the State Fee listed on your invoice. Your county extension office determines which payment methods are acceptable. Please use the chart below to find out what payment methods can be used for your county. In the event that an electronic payment method is not accepted (Credit Card or Debit Card) the electronic payment option will not be offered in 4HOnline. Counties cannot take electronic payment methods outside of 4HOnline, so if you cannot pay in 4HOnline, you must choose the check option. If you are paying by check or cash (where accepted) please follow the payment instructions below. If you need assistance with the fee or payment methods, please refer to the contact information listed for your county below.
