The subject of the mail should be Paper On (mention name of the subject) of CA Students Conference -2018 for CA Students at Baroda. Joint paper writers are not allowed. A student cannot submit more than one paper. Each paper writer will be given 10-12 minutes for presentation at the Conference. The Mail or Hard Copy for selection as a Paper Presenter should consist of (1) Word Copy of Presentation (1500-2000 MS Words) having Font Size 14 (2) Brief Profile of Student (3) Passport Size Photograph (4) 120 Seconds Video Recording of Participants giving speech (5) Power Point Presentation of 10-15 slides along with Student & Photograph (with his/her name on the back of the photograph)

Decision of organizers will be final in case of selection of papers and any other dispute. Contents of papers presented at Conference must be the original contribution of the paper presenters. A selfdeclaration certifying the origins of the contents and non-violation of any IPR rights must be submitted in hard copy along with the paper. Paper writers selected for presentation of paper at the Conference will be reimbursed registration fees. The paper writers will be reimbursed to and fro first class or 2 Tier AC railway fare by the shortest route (including GST paid) or by airway, whichever is less. Only on submission of original tickets claim will be approved. There would be no restriction for travel by Rajdhani and Shatabadi trains. The accommodation will be provided by Baroda Branch of the WICASA to the paper writer only, further it will be from 28 th June 2018 at 13.00 hrs up to 01 st June 2018 at 13.00 hrs only. Outstation student speakers shall be reimbursed actual travelling expenses equivalent to 2 tier AC and DA @ Rs. 1500/- per day for lodging and incidental expenses etc. (It is suggested that the students submitting the papers may tentatively book train tickets pending selection of their papers.
