PARCC TESTS Language Art tests in grades 9, 10 & 11, and math tests for Geometry, Algebra I and Algebra II. Students are required to demonstrate proficiency in LAL and Math to graduate high school

SCHEDULING TIMELINE- SPRING 2017 Initial course request material will be available in the spring to be verified by parent. Final recommendations regarding student placement are due May 5, 2017, which gives students ample opportunity to demonstrate ability level. Class cancellations will be addressed on an ongoing basis once the master schedule is determined. Schedule and/or placement changes WILL NOT be made after July 21, 2017. Final schedules will be available on Genesis before the first day of school.
HELPFUL HINTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL APPOINTMENT 1. Review course selections prior to appointment. 2. Choose three alternative electives for each elective selected. 3. Come prepared with questions. 4. Remind your children to be prepared for their appointment as their presence is key to this process.
