How Do I Access Family Connection? Family Connection is web-based Visit your student s assigned school s website to access Student accounts Parent accounts Look for this icon on the schools website 9
How Do I Access Family Connection? Students use school computer log in username and password o Username = Last 2 digits of graduation year + last name (up to 8 letters) + first name (up to 8 letters) Example = 14smithjonathan o Password = Long student ID number (can be found on their ID cards above the barcode) Parents receive a separate registration code via email o Codes can be used only once Enter the code in the New User box, then follow instructions to create a user name and password On subsequent visits, sign in using the Returning User box Contact your student s counselor to obtain access to your code for Naviance 10
