AR Teacher Excellence Support System (TESS) GIFTED COORDINATOR SUMMATIVE EVALUATION FORM This evaluation form is designed for the specific job description of a gifted coordinator with direct student contact and/or teaching responsibilities. This form is not appropriate for a gifted administrator with no classroom teaching responsibilities, nor for the gifted teacher who has no coordinator responsibilities. G/T teachers whose job description includes only classroom teaching responsibilities will be evaluated using the teacher rubric and evaluation form.
