KNOWLEDGE SHARING SEMINAR C Joint Interactive Seminar Organised by : IPCA Telangana - Andhra Region CSIR - Indian Institute Of Chemical Technology
Dear Member, HYDERABAD - KSS 2013 Happy New Year 2016 By definition the word 'Constant' stands for something which remains the same, or the word used for an unchanging situation. But in the present day practice 'Change' has become to be required as 'Constant'. In every walk of life, whether it is just for survival, or for betterment or for any big achievement in life, 'Change' has become a 'Constant' factor. It is in this endeavour that IPCA has decided to bring their member close to an institution like IICT for a 'Change - A New Perspective'. IPCA, the Indian Paint and Coating Association is an organisation working in pace with time for a common cause of their members who are Paint and Allied Products Manufacturers and Sellers. IICT i.e. Indian Institute Of Chemical Technology, is a prestigious Institution in Hyderabad, known for the advance studies and research in many areas, including Polymers and Coatings. Organic Coating Technology - A Touch Up is the name of the seminar to be conducted at IICT, Hyderabad, with the details of the programme enclosed. I request IPCA Members to benefit from this very informative Seminar and be present for this meet. Further, we are planning to organise a visit to Ramoji Film City (Optional) the next day for our delegates. Technology Transfer though is commonly heard, but is the road less travelled by any Industry of SME level. This meet will specially give an opportunity for all the members of IPCA, to come close to the scientists from IICT, and look into the possibility of any such Technology Transfer, for any new products, thus making a big 'Change' for achieving higher levels of growth. IICT is known for Such Successful Technology Transfers in many areas. I along with my team look forward to meeting you at the event as your host. Should you require any assistance, kindly feel free to call me. Indian Paint & Coating Association (IPCA) Is one of the young and dynamic associations, that represents both the organized and unorganized sector in the paint and coating industry. In 2004, in an attempt to improve communication and to coordinate industry policy on matters of national and international concern, the Indian Paint and Coating Association was formed. IPCA is a voluntary, non-profit trade association comprising of over 1000 paint and coatings manufacturers, raw materials suppliers, traders, machinery manufacturers and manufacturers of allied products. Over the last several years, common issues facing the paint and coating industries have increased significantly. While it is always a constant challenge for each individual association to manage the myriad of domestic regulations, it has become increasingly difficult to interpret the potential impact of foreign issues. Thus IPCA is endeavoring to help out the people across the Indian Paint and Coating Industry in making businesses better and more profitable. It is also its bounden goal to encourage brotherhood amongst the coating fraternity. Indian Paint & Coating Association is the fastest growing Paint Association in India. It has now more than 1000 Members. It holds a distinctive position as it facilitates its members by holding a series of technical seminars, workshops, training sessions and provides them with a platform all over India to meet businessmen from the same fraternity. Regular representations to the Government are sent both on State and National Levels.
