Preliminary requirements: To study the subject of Seminars and skills is compulsory to have passed at least 75% of the Credits corresponding to the first three years of the Degree (minimum 135 ETCS)

GENERAL AIMS a) Allow the future graduates a first contact with the practice of law. b) Introduce the students to the legal problems lawyers offices, organizations, associations, public or private organizations have to deal with every day so it can be a real training of what they would have to do in their future professional activity. c) Promote the personal capacity of the students throughtout the development of the required skills to achieve a truly integral education. d) Encourage critical and reflective ability of students, promote decision-making and implement their ability to analyze and synthesise legal problems. 3. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTENTS OF THE SUBJECT As the students have already the knowledge of the degree, this is an essencially practical subject that provides the student the abilities needed for the development of the profession. 6 Teaching Guide Seminars and Skills It is compulsory to obtain at least a 5 out of 10 y every activity in order to have de over all mark. Criteria for awarding honors: honors can be awarded to the best students, who must always have passed a grade of 9. This honorary registration will only be granted in first call.. This criterion for the granting of Honor Registrations will, in any case, be in accordance with the general criteria of the UCV, according to which only one honorary matriculation can be granted for every 20 students (or fraction for groups of less than 20 students).
