Organizational Membership In accordance with School Board Policy 917, it is mandatory for all organizational memberships to be approved by the Superintendent and the. In addition, each membership must include the necessary justification listing the benefits that will accrue to the district as a result of the membership. Approve the organizational membership to Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators (PASA) for Dr. Sam Lee, Superintendent, in the amount of $1,591.00. A copy of the request was presented at the planning session in Appendix P-11.

Organizational Membership Approve the organizational membership to Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO) for Mr. Bob Pfau, Technology Supervisor, in the amount of $230.00. A copy of the request was presented at the planning session in Appendix P-12. 7. Burlington County Special Services School District Contracts Approve the contracts with Burlington County Special Services School District for 2013-2014 school year ESY tuition for two Bristol Township School District special education students, in the amounts of $3,060.00, for a total of $6,120.00, subject to solicitor review and approval. Copies of the contracts were presented at the planning session in Appendix P-13 and P-14. 8. Pennsbury School District Contract Approve the contract with Pennsbury School District for 2014-2015 tuition for a Bristol Township School District special education student at the rate of $166.00 per day, subject to solicitor review and approval. A copy of the contract was presented at the planning session in Appendix P-15. 9. Wordsworth Academy Contract Approve the contract with Wordsworth Academy for 2014-15 tuition for two Bristol Township School District students in a private academic school, in the amounts of $72,285.00 for one student and $43,005.00 for another student, totaling $115,290.00, subject to solicitor review and approval. A copy of the contract was presented at the planning session in Appendix P-16. 10. SouthPoint, Inc. Contract Approve the renewal contract with ShoutPoint, Inc., for interconnected VoIP lines. A copy of the contract was presented at the planning session in Appendix P-17.

STA Addendum Number 4 Rescind Addendum 4 with STA of Pennsylvania, previously approved at the June 25, 2014 School Board Meeting and approve the revised Addendum Number 4 between Bristol Township School District and STA of Pennsylvania, as presented at the planning session in Appendix P-21, subject to review and approval of district solicitor and administration. 14. Vanguard Fiduciary Trust Co. Agreement Approve 403b Service Provider Agreement between Bristol Township School District and Vanguard Fiduciary Trust Company of Wayne, PA, as presented at the planning session in Appendix P-22. Agreement has already been reviewed and approved by the solicitor.

STS Agreement Approve the agreement between Bristol Township School District and STS of Media, PA, per the attached, for substitute teacher services and personal care assistants, as presented. District Solicitor has reviewed and approved the attached agreement, which is presented and marked Appendix R-8. 16. PLA for Mary Devine Elementary School Authorize and direct School District Administration to solicit bids for the construction of a new elementary school at the Mary Devine Elementary School site, pursuant to which each bidder shall submit a prime bid on each respective construction project, subject to and under a Project Labor Agreement, to the extent permitted by law, and which bid materials shall be subject solicitor review and approval. 17.
