Oklahoma Baptist State Convention Prison Ministry 10 th Annual Luncheon Dear Pastors, Church family, Leaders, and Community The Oklahoma Baptist State Convention Prison Ministry would like to invite you to our 10 th Annual Luncheon. Oklahoma has the highest incarceration rate for women in the world (per capital) and fourth for men. It is our prayers for us to continue to work together to help those who have made bad choices and led to incarceration. Our goal is to help them make changes in their lives and return to society as productive citizens. We are working to help those who are incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, have a felony conviction, being release from prison and their families. Many of them are in our own congregation and community. It is important for us to be a part of the village to help the children whose parents are incarcerated. As we all know, it takes all of us to make changes. We would like to thank you for your continuous support of the Prison Ministry and all that you have done to help. With all things it takes funds for us to operate. We are asking each church to send representation and make a donation for five or more tickets to help support the ministry. If you cannot attend please send your donation by November 4, 2016 to support the ministry. Thank you in advance. The luncheon will be held Saturday November 12, 2016.
