Welcome We appreciate your interest in registering for Axway Customer Training. The best way to maximize the benefits of your Axway investment is to become skilled in the applications and best practices for building world-class solutions using Axway products. At Axway Customer Training our mission is to provide you with relevant and engaging learning experiences to acquire the skills needed for success. When you attend Axway training, you benefit from curriculum developed and delivered by the experts. We offer multiple delivery options and payment programs to make it convenient and easy to take the classes you need. Registering and Paying for Public Training You may create an account in our Learning Management System (LMS) to self-register and pay for public training or web-based training using your credit card. Alternatively, you can contact us at training@us.axway.com, and we would be happy to register you in a public training class, and we can accept multiple forms of payment, including purchase orders. Note that many of our public classes are now held virtually. Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) allows the student to attend real-time training without incurring travel and expenses and without time away from the office or family. Training concepts and exercises presented are identical to traditional classroom courses. Students interact with the instructor and other students in real-time, as the instructor presents the course, demonstrates the software and mentors students during hands-on labs. All the student needs is a desktop or laptop, high-speed internet, a browser, and a dedicated phone line. Registering and Paying for Private Training Your organization may find it more cost effective to have private classes taught at your location or virtually, just for your team. This can minimize employee travel expenses and time away from the office, while giving staff the education needed to ensure smooth installation, development, and ongoing maintenance. You can select from our comprehensive menu of available training modules to tailor a training course that fits your requirements, or we can customize entirely new modules to meet your requirements. Following your Axway training, you can also buy a day or more of a Training expert s time to delve further into your product questions. Search the catalog to find the course you would like to take. 3. View the class schedule for that particular course and choose the date of the class you would like to take. 4. Pay for the class via your credit card. This will register you for the class. Note if you would like to pay by some other method, please contact us at training@us.axway.com. 5. Enroll in the class. Note you are not officially enrolled into the class until you complete this final enrollment step. Who to Contact for Learning Management System (LMS) Registration Help 1. Log into the Learning Management System (LMS) 1. Browse to https://gm1.geolearning.com/geonext/axway/login.geo. If this is your first time in the Learning Management System (LMS) click Request a new account, otherwise, log in with your username and password. NOTE: Please use your company email address. 2. If you are creating an account, fill in the Request Account screen and then click Create Account at the bottom of the screen. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 4

View the Course Catalog 1. Click Learning and Metrics:. 2. On the Left navigation pane, click Catalog: 3. Note that you can choose to search for a course by a number of attributes. You can experiment searching by Category, Alphabetically, and so forth. In this example, we will search By Category by clicking on the By Category tab. 4. Choose the product category you are searching for. In this example, we are searching for SecureTransport courses, which would be in the Managed File Transfer category: After you make your selection, scroll down and click Go. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 5

5. Scroll through the courses in the right pane until you find the one you want. In this example, we want Axway SecureTransport with Technical Certification. We ll click on the Details button for that course to see more information. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 6

View a Class Schedule 1. While viewing the course within the Catalog, click on the Scheduled Classes tab to see when this course is scheduled. In this example, we can see that this course is offered in April and June. We re interested in the April course. We also notice that the class location is Virtual. This means you won t fly to an Axway training office. You ll be able to take this course in real-time from your home or office. For more information on virtual classes, please see the flyer on our corporate website: http://www.axway.com/sites/default/files/axway_vilt_flyer.pdf. We cannot enroll in this class yet. We have to pay for it first. So let s click on the Details tab. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 7

Pay for a Class and Enroll in a Class 1. While looking at the Details tab of the course you want to schedule, start the payment process by clicking the Add To Cart button. 2. Next click Proceed to Checkout. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 8

3. Fill in your billing and credit card information and click submit. Review your order and then click Place Order. Wait a moment or two while your transaction is being processed. 4. Your screen will display a Transaction Processed message. If it doesn t, please contact SumTotal Systems at 1-866-515-9969 or axwaysupport@sumtotalsystems.com. 5. You will receive an email confirmation confirming your purchase of the training. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 9

6. You ll receive another email confirming your registration status. 7. Now we can enroll in the class. Click on the class you want to enroll in. In our example, we will click on the Axway SecureTransport Administration with Technical Certification class. 8. We want to enroll in the April class, so we ll click on the checkbox in front of that class and click Enroll in this Class. 9. As successful Enrollment Successful message will display. 10. You will also receive an email confirmation of your enrollment. 11. About a week before class, your instructor will email you instructions on how you can test your connection to our Lab in the Cloud environment. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 11

View Your Class Registrations 1. If you would like to confirm that the class is officially on your learning plan, click Learning and Metrics. You ll see the course listed on the right side of your home page. w w w. a x w a y. c o m 12

Cancel Your Registration 1. Before cancelling a class, please make sure you review our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions. If you need to cancel a Registration, log back into the LMS. 2. Click on My Elective Learning. 3. Click the checkbox in front of the course you need to cancel, and click Drop Course: 4. You will receive a notification that you successfully dropped the course. If that message doesn t display, please contact SumTotal Systems at 1-866-515-9969 or axwaysupport@sumtotalsystems.com. 5.
