Please note that nothing you send as part of your application will be returned. Do not submit any original documents. Proof of education, in the form of an official transcript or GED results, are not required as part of your application but will be requested prior to enrollment. How to Apply 5 Simple Steps 1. Ask for Recommendations SFCS requires two (2) professional recommendations with your application. These can be your manager, a co-worker, client or a professional mentor. If you are currently a student or recently graduated, you can provide one educational reference from a teacher or administrator who knows you well. These references help us get to know your work habits and professional manner. 2. Complete the Application Form Carefully read the entire form before you begin. Enclose Your Application Fee A $50 non-refundable application fee must be included in your completed packet. You may include a check or money order made out to San Francisco Cooking School. TUITION SCHEDULE Tuition for the Culinary Arts Certificate programs at SFCS is $29,275 plus a kit fee $575. Tuition for the Pastry Arts Certificate programs at SFCS is $29,275 plus kit fee $600. These fees are applicable for all enrollments through August 2018. Applications received on or after September 1, 2018 are subject to a tuition increase.
