As Abraham Lincoln once said The best way to predict your future is to create it. Our future is in the hands of the youth that are in this moment preparing themselves to be the architects of the world. The journey from a small idea to the final implementation of youth activities is not easy, and it requires knowledge and skills in both the project management and its leadership. AIM SMS (Show My Skills) aims to empower participants with the skills and knowledge to develop and lead international youth in volunteering activities worldwide. These international activities develop the participant s cultural competences, and spirit of tolerance, it helps them understand what is and how to work in international environment, and it increases their competitiveness on the labor market through enhancing their soft skills and preparing them to work as a group. 1 P a g e
