In accordance with government policy, when memorials and holidays fall on weekends, a deferred day off will be granted. If a memorial or holiday falls on a Saturday, the deferred day off is on the preceding work day; when it falls on a Sunday, the deferred day off is on the following workday. 2. When folk holidays (Chinese New Year, Children's Day, Tombsweeping Day, Dragonboat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival) fall on a Tuesday or Thursday, an extended holiday will be given on the Monday or Friday.
