Volunteering A FUN way to get involved with our CCFA organization We depend on you, our parents, to help make it a successful year Volunteer opportunities are posted on our website. Go to the Volunteer Info tab and click on Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteering CCFA requires each player to provide a $100 volunteer deposit check at equipment handout May opt to pay fee in lieu of volunteering Sign-up online for one of our many volunteer opportunities to avoid having your check cashed at the end of the season. Many opportunities have been posted with more coming soon. Volunteer one (1) activity per player 2 hours per player Working chains at games does not count

At the Start of the Season Send team welcome email CCFA Team Manager Duties Work with coach to go over what the team needs (equipment, jerseys, first aid kit, etc.) At Each Game Bring first aid kit Promote good sportsmanship Be aware of the Emergency Action Plan/Concussion Plan as needed
Throughout the Season CCFA Team Manager Duties (cont.) Email parents any weather related cancellations Send weekly team communications Keep track of any volunteer hours from parents and report to CCFA Volunteer Coordinator, Anna Swanberg Manage Team Picture Day for the team Collect forms and team paperwork Hand out pictures when they are delivered Assist coaches as needed Be point person for CCFA Night for your team At the End of the Season Plan team party or ask other parents to plan Coordinate for end of season coaches gift

Director of Player/Coach Development Joey Zorn, Chaska Mike Funk, Chanhassen What does this person do? Works with Youth Coaches to implement High School system. Helps prepare players for high school. Playbook progression from 4 th 8 th grades. (formations, terminology, schemes, etc). Ensure Coaches understand and are teaching the system- as prescribed by the High School Coaches. Ensure Coaches are teaching the correct fundamentals to ensure player development. Have available resources for Coaches on drills, techniques, etc. Schedule visits during the season between High School Coaches and CCFA. Review CCFA policies on player rotation and playing time.
