Moundsville West Virginia The Marshall County Board of Education met in regular session Tuesday,, 6:30 p.m., at the Board of Education Offices, all members having been notified of business to be considered. Present were: President Beth A. Phillips, Vice President Thomas E. Gilbert, Jr., Members Lori E. Kestner, John Miller, Dr. Duane Miller; Secretary Michael Hince, Members of the County Administrative Staff. Jessica Adams presented diplomas to TASC Graduates. Nick Zervos, Executive Director, gave the Board an update on RESA 6 services and explained all the services RESA provides to the counties within the district and offered for discussion of any questions. Woody Yoder, Director of Curriculum and Instruction explained STEM Education in Marshall County Schools. He outlined the courses that with be offered at JM, CH, SMS, MMS and Washington Lands Elementary.
