I was the project manager for this grant that assessed, evaluated, updated, and implemented the Emergency Preparedness Technology (EPT) degree program for the North Carolina Community College System. The objective of the curriculum improvement project was to expand and standardized the EPT degree within for all colleges within the State of North Carolina. I coordinated all services within the grant to include budgeting, curriculum design and development, and supervised the management team. This grant was completed on time and on budget.
