All warrants correspond with all invoices. No discrepancies found. Report 4: First Review and Discussion of Proposed Changes to the 2018-2019 Code of Conduct Mrs. Tuttle was present to answer any questions or concerns from the Board. L. Mitchell requested that the current policy only allowing parents to provide rides home to their students from school activities be made to include grandparents. M. Tooley raised the concern that currently the policy on rides home from school activities is stricter than the current district policy for signing a child out during school hours. Mr. Vernsey and the administration will take this action away and bring a revision to the Board at a later date. Report 4A: Resolution to Approve Memorandum of Agreement with the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority for a Non-Exclusive Easement Moved By: R. Grizzuto Supported By: C. Lalonde the Ogdensburg City School District does hereby approve the Memorandum of Agreement with the Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority for a non-exclusive easement for a sewer force main in favor of the Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority across school district property in accordance with the Resolution, as submitted this 7 th day of May, 2018. INSTRUCTIONAL DIVISION Report 5: Proposed Phase-Out of Multi Age Classrooms Mr. Kendal was present to answer any questions or concerns from the Board. Site Base teams were sent to discuss this change with current teachers. There is 1 retirement this year and this change will not require that position to be filled. No candidates were found when canvasing for a teacher willing to fill the position took place and decreased numbers in the elementary schools would actually leave classrooms unfilled in grades 1-2 and 3-4. While the multi-age classrooms were effective the administration and teachers believe that the traditional classroom will still meet the needs of the students. 3
