OUR APPROACH TO LEARNING AND ASSESSMENTS LEARNING Our learning approach is informed by the target population and the requirements of our customers. Learning delivery can follow a blended approach e.g. instructor led, e-learning, simulations, and real time technology and can include learnerships, internships and skills programmes. Our training programmes include three key learning components i.e. theory, practical s and work based assignments and our learning programmes are designed to engage our target audience intellectually and emotionally. Our face-to-face interactions are honest, powerful and unique with our learners going away feeling motivated, educated and inspired. With a team of accredited and experienced facilitators we are able to effectively facilitate the transfer of knowledge and skills, resulting in the successful completion of programmes and the required behavioural change. ASSESSMENTS Assessment is an integral part of the learning programmes. When a learner cannot demonstrate that knowledge and skills transfer took place, the training spend is worthless.
