For UG Integrated Courses: Age Criteria: There will be no upper age limit to apply for CLAT 2018. Qualification Eligibility: The candidate will be considered eligible for CLAT if he/she has passed the 12th examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates appearing the 12th examination in March/April will also be eligible for CLAT 2018. Such candidates have to produce the proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission. - 1-
For PG Courses: Qualifying Examination: The prescribed qualification for LL.M. is LL.B./Five-Year Integrated LL.B. (Hons.)/ any other equivalent exam. Minimum Marks: Minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination should be 55% for unreserved /OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP). In case of SC/ST, the minimum marks would be 50%. Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in April/May 2018 may also apply. Age Limit: No prescribed maximum age limit for PG courses. For UG Courses: Courses: The online examination of CLAT will be held for integrated UG law courses. Mode of Examination: Exam will be held in online mode (computer Based Test). Type of Questions: Only objective type questions of maximum 200 marks will be asked from each subject areas. Exam Duration: The duration of CLAT exam will be 2 hours. Question Paper Medium: The language of question paper will be English only. Marking Scheme: Each right answer will be awarded with 1 mark. Negative Marking: There is a system of negative marking. 0.25 mark will be subtracted for each wrong answer.
